Data Safety

This page explains the intended safety direction of Sedvora. It should be reviewed and finalized before large commercial rollout.

1. Role-based visibility

Sedvora is designed so each role sees only appropriate data: students see their own records, teachers see assigned classes/subjects, and schools remain separated.

2. Generated exam snapshots

Student exams use generated paper snapshots so old papers are not silently changed by later question-bank edits.

3. Evaluation before result

Results should publish only after required evaluation steps are complete. Performance index updates should happen only after final results are published.

4. School separation

Each institution should operate within its own client space. Cross-institution comparison should use summary data unless support or audit access is required.
